What you will be doing:
As a Restaurant Server, you’ll help make every visit welcoming and memorable through attentive service, strong menu knowledge, and genuine connection with guests.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and guiding them through their dining experience with care and confidence
- Answering questions about menu items, specials, and wine pairings
- Taking food and beverage orders and entering them into the POS system
- Delivering orders promptly while maintaining presentation and timing standards
- Checking in with guests and addressing concerns in a timely manner
- Processing cash, debit, and credit transactions
- Helping with basic bartending tasks, such as preparing drinks and garnishes, as needed
- Keeping service areas clean and organized
- Communicating with kitchen, bar, and service teams
- Following directions from the Restaurant Manager and contributing to daily operations
- Performing additional duties as assigned to support the success of the restaurant
The Spark You Bring to Every Celebration
- Experience in banquet, catering, restaurant, or high-volume service is an asset
- Smart Serve certification (required)
- Availability for daytime lunch shifts is required
- A natural ability to connect with guests and provide warm, attentive service
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with guests and team members
- The ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment
- A guest-first mindset and a passion for creating memorable experiences
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to help wherever needed
