What you will be doing:
- Prepare and cook menu items while following recipes and presentation standards
- Set up and organize kitchen stations with required ingredients and supplies
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, consistency, and food safety
- Assist with both restaurant dining and event service (à la carte & banquets)
- Work alongside a skilled and collaborative culinary team
- Develop new techniques and expand your culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen
What you Bring to the Table
- 2-3 years’ experience in a high-volume or professional kitchen
- Strong knife skills and foundational cooking techniques
- A passion for food, creativity, and continuous improvement
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Flexibility to work on a variable schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and event-based hours
