What you will be doing:


As an Event Bartender, you’ll be an integral part of creating unforgettable experiences—from weddings and galas to corporate functions and celebrations. With a focus on professionalism, efficiency, and personalized service, you’ll help bring each event to life one perfectly crafted drink at a time.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing warm, engaging service while crafting and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction and creating a welcoming atmosphere at the bar throughout the event
  • Ensuring responsible alcohol service in line with company standards and licensing regulations
  • Preparing the bar area before events, including stocking, setup, and cleanliness
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
  • Managing inventory levels during events and communicating any shortages or needs
  • Answering guest questions about drink options and making recommendations when appropriate
  • Communicating effectively with the event team to ensure smooth, coordinated service
  • Using sound judgment, professionalism, and quick thinking in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting
  • Contributing to a respectful, collaborative team culture and supporting team members as needed
  • Creating memorable experiences by helping guests feel welcome, celebrated, and taken care of
  • Taking direction from the Event Supervisor or Banquet Manager to support seamless operations
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support bar or event needs

The Sparkle you Bring to Every Celebration
  • 1-2 years’ experience in banquet halls, catering functions, weddings, corporate events or other high volume service environments
  • Exceptional drink knowledge and bartending skills, including mixing, garnishing, and serving beverages quickly and accurately
  • A natural ability to connect with guests, anticipate their needs, and deliver outstanding hospitality with a smile.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with diverse guests and collaborating with event staff
  • Proven ability to stay composed and effective behind the bar during fast paced, high pressure service
  • A guest first mindset with a passion for creating memorable, personalized experiences
  • A polished, professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for upscale, formal, or themed events
  • Smart Serve Certified (Required)
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
