As a Waitstaff, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that brings events to life—from elegant weddings to corporate galas. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless service, personalized hospitality, and memorable experiences for every guest, every time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming and attentive atmosphere
- Serving food and beverages with efficiency, care, and attention to presentation
- Communicating clearly with kitchen staff to accommodate dietary needs and special requests
- Learning and understanding the details of each event’s menu and service plan
- Ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event by being attentive, proactive, and responsive
- Clearing tables, resetting as needed, and maintaining clean and organized service areas
- Supporting your team with side duties, such as preparing service stations and restocking supplies
- Taking direction from the Supervisor to ensure smooth and timely service
- Demonstrating sound judgment, professionalism, and leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Contributing to a collaborative and respectful team culture focused on excellence
- Helping to create extraordinary memories for guests celebrating life’s most important moments
- Performing additional duties as assigned to support banquet operations

- Experience in banquet, catering, restaurant, or high volume service environments
- A natural ability to connect with guests and deliver outstanding hospitality
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with both guests and team members
- Proven ability to stay composed and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- A guest-first mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Leadership skills and the ability to support or supervise a team when needed
- A polished, professional appearance and demeanor suited to upscale or formal events
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based hours
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
