Position Details:

What you will be doing:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for hourly and salaried roles across our various properties:
- Draft and post job advertisements
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and coordinate hiring manager interviews
- Conduct reference checks and prepare employment offers
- Manage candidate communication and recruitment tracking
- Build community recruitment partnerships and support hiring events
- Maintain Dayforce records for employee files including: processing new hires, terminations, status changes and employee updates
- Schedule and manage onboarding training for new hires
- Coordinate training schedules and required documentation
- Draft letters and manage employee support requests as needed
- Participate in planning and executing internal staff events
- Manage reward programs when required
- Do on site walk throughs to engage with the team members
- Generate reports
- Participate in team meetings with the People & Culture team
- Other related duties as required
Qualifications:
- 2 - 3 years experience in high volume recruitment
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of employment legislation
- Hospitality experience considered an asset
- Experience using Dayforce is considered an asset
