As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will lead with confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism – playing a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for every guest. You’ll work closely with the Hospitality Manager and fellow supervisors to uphold industry-leading service standards while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional hospitality at every touchpoint.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading by example, demonstrating superior customer service and adapting seamlessly to guest feedback
- Acting as an ambassador of the venue, confidently representing Carmens Group as the liaison between guests, management, and team members
- Overseeing event and restaurant service to ensure timelines, schedules, and service standards are executed flawlessly
- Coordinating clear, consistent communication between servers, bartenders, kitchen staff, and event teams
- Greeting and hosting guests with warmth and professionalism, anticipating needs and resolving concerns with poise
- Maître D’ing and serving events, while assisting with event set-up, bartending, and operational support as required
- Communicating special meal requirements, allergies, and guest preferences accurately to the kitchen and service teams
- Supporting service flow, room readiness, and overall cleanliness throughout events
- Assisting the Hospitality Manager with recruitment, training, scheduling, coaching, recognition, and team engagement
- Supporting inventory management and ordering processes as needed
- Contributing to a respectful, high-performing team culture where we lead by example and work together to achieve results
- Exercising strong judgment and leadership in a fast-paced, exciting environment
- Driving positive change and continuous improvement within the organization
- Performing additional duties as required to support seamless event execution
The Sparkle you Bring to Every Celebration
- 2-3 years’ experience in banquet, catering, restaurant, or high-volume service environments
- A natural ability to connect with guests and deliver outstanding hospitality
- Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with both guests and team members
- Proven ability to stay composed and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure situations
- A guest-first mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences
- Leadership skills and the ability to support or supervise a team when needed
- A polished, professional appearance and demeanor suited to upscale or formal events
- Smart Serve Certification (Required)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event-based hours
- Reliable transportation is required
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
