Front Reception / Administrative Assistant

We are seeking confident, enthusiastic, and customer service focused individual to join our team!  As a member of our team of champions, you will gain meaningful work experience in a welcoming and exciting environment where we lead by example and work together to achieve results.  


  • Be the first point of contact and welcome incoming guests, clients, and employees.
  • Respond to telephone, e-mail, and in-person inquiries from clients, business partners, and other parties.
  • Refer inquiries to the appropriate personnel across the organization.
  • Receive and distribute various forms of correspondence.
  • Assist with administrative duties for the sales and events team.
  • Create and post internal signage for internal and external events.
  • Contact employees and external contractors for scheduling and other related communication needs.
  • Maintain office supplies and purchase items in accordance with inventory requirements.


  • Diploma in office administration or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
