Wedding Maitre' D

We currently have part-time Maitre’D opportunity available for a team member with evening and weekend availability at The Lakeview by Carmen's.

We are seeking confident, energetic, and passionate individual who thrives in a fast paced service environment to join our banquet service team! As a member of our team of champions, you will gain meaningful work experience in a welcoming and exciting environment where we lead by example and work together to achieve results.


  • Effectively lead by example, demonstrating superior customer service skills, and adaptability to customer feedback ensuring flawless execution of the event in accordance with Carmen’s standards
  • Responsible for creating a memorable guest experience, and including menu execution, food quality and overall experience
  • Acts as an ambassador and host of the venue, serving as a liason between guests, management and team members
  • Make a difference in the lives of each and every one of our guests and clients through directly contributing to the creation of extraordinary memories
  • Exercise good judgment and demonstrate leadership abilities to inspire the actions of your fellow co-workers and drive positive change in the organization


  • Good sense of humour and friendly smile.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with guests.
  • Execellent customer service skills and ability to understand and resond to invididual needs and requirements
  • Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail
  • Working Thursday – Sunday, late availability
  • Reliable transportation
  • Hospitality experience and/or Event Management courses or diploma considered an asset
